All orders worth €19.90 or more benefit from free shipping, with tracking number included. This offer is valid for deliveries in mainland Portugal, autonomous regions and international shipments.

European Union and remaining international territory

Estimated Delivery Times
Mainland Portugal: 2 to 3 working days
Autonomous Regions (Azores and Madeira): 3 to 4 working days
Europe: 4 to 6 business days
Rest of the World: 5 to 8 business days

The indicated deadlines are average estimates and may vary depending on the destination and local postal service.

Carrier and Monitoring
All orders are sent via CTT Expresso, with a tracking number provided at the time of shipment. It may take up to 24 hours for the tracking data to be updated after shipment.

Order Processing
Orders are processed within business days.
Orders placed during the weekend or holidays will be processed the next business day, including stock check and preparation for shipment.

Home Delivery
Deliveries are made from Monday to Friday, between 9:00 am and 6:00 pm (except holidays).
It is essential to ensure that someone is present at the indicated address. In case of absence, a delivery notice will be left with information about the nearest CTT collection point, where you can collect the order within 5 working days.

Important Information
Providing a valid telephone number and correct postal code is mandatory to guarantee delivery.

It is not possible to schedule deliveries for specific times.

Incomplete or incorrect addresses may result in refunds and additional costs.

After shipping, it will not be possible to change the delivery address or billing details.

International Shipping
International shipments follow the same processing criteria.
Delivery requires the indication of a complete address, valid contact details and correct postal code.
In case of absence, a new delivery attempt will be scheduled. After two unsuccessful attempts, the order will be returned to Red Monkey.

Returned Orders
If an order is returned for reasons not attributable to Red Monkey or the carrier, the value of the items will be refunded, minus shipping and return costs.

If the error is the responsibility of the carrier, proof of address will be required to open a claim. After analysis and validation, free reshipment or partial refund may be made, as applicable.

Refunds
The customer may choose to:
Refund via original payment method
Issuance of a voucher/coupon of equal value, valid for 12 months
For payments made via Multibanco, you will need to provide an IBAN for refund purposes.

Order Cancellation
Under current legislation, the customer has 14 days to cancel the order.
If the item has already been shipped, the value of the items will be refunded, minus the shipping cost.
