ATM (MB)
After completing your purchase, you will receive payment details in your email: entity, reference and amount.
Payment can be made at ATMs or via home banking.
The reference is valid for 72 hours. After this period, the order will be automatically cancelled.
It is not necessary to send proof.
Method recommended by Red Monkey for convenience and speed of processing.

MB WAY
Pay with your mobile phone number associated with the MB WAY service.
The reference expires after 5 minutes. After that time, the order will be automatically cancelled.
No proof required.
If your payment expires or you don't receive notification:
If you purchased as a Guest Customer, click on “Track my order” in the email and select “Make Payment”.
If you are a Registered Customer, access “My Orders” in your account and select “Make Payment”.

PayPal
One of the most used online payment methods in the world.
After completing the purchase, click on “Make Payment” and you will be redirected to PayPal.
If you are unable to complete the payment:
Guest Customer: click on “Track my order” > “Make Payment”.
Registered Customer: go to “My Orders” > “Make Payment”.

Credit card
We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express, with additional protection via 3D Secure™.
After completing your order, select “Make Payment”.
If you need to repeat the payment:
Follow the instructions above depending on your account type (Guest or Registered).

Payshop
Pay in cash at one of the more than 7,000 Payshop/CTT points in Portugal.
No additional costs.
No bank cards required.
How it works:
Choose Payshop as your payment method at checkout.
You will receive a payment reference.
Go to a Payshop/CTT point, indicate the reference and pay in cash.
Keep the receipt. Your payment will be automatically validated.

Shop Pay
A fast and secure way to complete your purchase with SMS verification.
After activation, you will be able to make payments without re-authentication at supported checkouts.
Allows payment in installments at participating stores.
To change your account details, you must access Shop Pay using your registered email address.
You can deactivate the service at any time.

Klarna
Divide the value of your purchase into 3 interest-free installments (minimum value: €35).
The first installment is paid at the time of shipment, the remaining installments are debited every 30 days.

How to add the card:
In the Google Wallet app, select the account and go to “Add to Wallet > Payment Card”.

Confirm with the code sent by SMS.
Smartwatch: Go to the Google Wallet app on your device, select "Add to Wallet" and follow the steps. Both devices must be paired.
