At Red Monkey, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied, you may request a return or exchange of eligible items within 30 days of receipt.
Acceptance Conditions
- Perfect condition, with no signs of use or damage.
- Original tags intact.
- Original packaging preserved.
- Proof of purchase or invoice included.
Exclusions
Items not eligible for exchange or return:
- Personalised items (names, dates, photos).
- Items with signs of washing or manipulation.
- Damage due to incorrect or negligent use.
How to Proceed
Send an email to geral@redmonkeyfashion.com with your order number.
Await instructions from our team before shipping.
Securely pack the items in the original box.

Refunds
Issued as a Store Credit (valid for future purchases).
Payments made via MB or MB WAY are refunded by the same method.
Klarna payments are refunded exclusively as Store Credit.
Processing: 1 to 3 business days.
Exchange Process
Exchanges are made via the online store: after validation of the return, you can place a new order for the desired item.
Costs: Shipping and return costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Defects or Errors
If you receive a defective item or an incorrect shipment, please contact us immediately with photographs. After verification, a full refund or credit will be issued at no additional cost.
