Exchange and Return Policy

Red Monkey is committed to ensuring your satisfaction with our products. If you are not satisfied with any item purchased, you may request a return or exchange within 14 days of receiving your order.

Return Conditions

For an item to be eligible for return, it must be in its original condition upon receipt, that is:

  • It has not been used and does not show signs of wear;
  • Have the original labels intact;
  • Find it in the original packaging.

Additionally, you will need to present your receipt or proof of purchase.

Return Procedure

Reimbursement

The refund will be made using the same payment method used for the purchase. In the case of payments made by Multibanco or MB WAY , the refund will be processed using these methods.

Return by Mail

The deadline for returns by mail is 14 days after receipt of the order. To proceed with the return, follow the steps below:

  1. Return Request
    Send an email requesting a return, mentioning the order number and the items to be returned.

  2. Order Preparation
    Items must be properly and securely packaged, preferably in their original packaging. Whenever possible, you should include the purchase invoice.

Exchanges

Exchanges can only be made through the online store. To make an exchange, the customer must:

  1. Request the return of the item(s) using the procedure described above.
  2. Place a new order with the desired item.

Shipping Charges:
Shipping costs for returns and exchanges will be the responsibility of the customer.

Return Conditions

For the return or exchange to be accepted, you must ensure compliance with the following conditions:

  • Items must be in the same condition as received, with no signs of use or wear;
  • The return period must not exceed 14 days after receipt of the order.

If the return does not meet these conditions or the deadline has been exceeded, it will not be accepted. In this case, the customer will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for reshipping the returned items.

After receiving and checking the returned items, the refund will be processed.

Important Note:
For returns sent by mail, Red Monkey will not accept cash on delivery or cash on delivery. Shipping and return shipping costs will not be refunded.

Refunds

The refund processing time is 1 to 3 business days after receiving the return at our store. The refund will be made using the same payment method used for the purchase.

Shipping and return costs will not be refunded.

If you have received a defective item or one that does not correspond to the order placed, you must follow the return procedures described above. Once the items have been inspected, we will refund the amount paid.
