Exchange and Return Policy
At Red Monkey, your satisfaction comes first. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can request a return or exchange of any item within 14 days of receiving your order.

Return Conditions
For an item to be eligible for return, it must:
Has not been used and does not show signs of wear or tear
Keep original labels intact
Be in original packaging
Be presented with the receipt or proof of purchase

Reimbursement
The refund will be made using the same payment method used for the purchase.
Payments made via Multibanco or MB WAY will be refunded using these same methods.
The processing time is 1 to 3 business days after receipt and inspection of returned items.
Shipping and return costs are non-refundable.

Return by Mail
The return must be sent within 14 days of receiving the order.
Follow these steps:

Please send an email with the order number and a description of the items you wish to return.
Packaging Preparation
Pack items securely, preferably in their original packaging.
Whenever possible, include the purchase invoice.

We do not accept cash on delivery or cash on delivery.

Exchanges
Exchanges are made exclusively through the online store.
Procedure:
Request return of unwanted item(s) as described above
Place a new order with the desired item

Shipping Charges
Shipping and return costs are the responsibility of the customer.
If the return does not meet the established requirements, the shipping costs for reshipping the refused items will be charged to the customer.

Conditions of Acceptance
For the return or exchange to be accepted:
Items must be in new condition, with no signs of use.
Order must be placed within 14 days of delivery
Returns after the deadline or with signs of use will not be accepted.

Final Note
If you received a defective item or an improper exchange, please follow the same return procedures. After verification, a full refund will be issued.
